LAKE OF L'ESTRADE OR GANGUISE
2km south of Baraigne on the communes of Baraigne, Belflou, Cumiés, Gourvielle and Molleville, artificial dam of l'Estrade (name of a nearby farm), make a beautiful lake of 278 hectares.

Designed, built and managed since 1979 by the BRL (company Bas- Rhone Languedoc), the dam is located on the Ganguise River, a tributary of Hers Mort, itself a tributary of the Garonne.

Due to its geographical position overlooking two watersheds (Mediterranean and Atlantic) and its direct connection to the Canal du Midi, the dam Ganguise as a centerpiece of the hydraulic system Lauragais room. Resources heritage
Outside castles Baraigne, Belflou and Molleville and ruined remains of many windmills, the main rich heritage of the area is about fauna. It is home to two protected species in France:

Circuit randonnée
2:00 to 2:30 walk - 5 or 7 kilometers. - Yellow Marking.
From the nautical "En Gaillard" and take the road to the windmill. Opposite the windmill, take the dirt road on the left and continue straight. At the end of this road, turn left following the road for 100 meters. Sharp left again and go down the small path through the undergrowth. Follow this path until "La Barthe" where you turn right before the first building. Ability to stop the refresh farmhouse "Le Cathare". Mini-golf, go on the right path lined with cypress trees. Reached the D33, turn right on Route for 100 meters, then take a left and cross the walkway to Lanta farm.
Before the red building, two possible routes:
- Turn right along the building and follow the forest road.
- Take the first path on the left and follow it to bend elbow, right, moves towards the ridge path. On the course, overlooking the village of Salles sur l'Hers.
